What was once a reliable company several years ago, has become terrible. Their ideas of repairs is using duct tape and not providing a complete overhaul on an electric chair that would not hold its charge! In fact, the day that we had to take individual to the hospital, her chair wouldn’t charge and it had to be pushed manually to get to Emergency!! Have you ever tried to push one of those heavy suckers on manual?? This client also was STUCK in her apartment all winter (‘25-26) because the chair was not reliable to go anywhere! No disabled person should have to live like this and receive terrible service!! I can only speak for this client but other agencies have noticed poor professional service the last ten months, and the public needs to be aware to shop around first. Motion is not the only game in town.

Daniel Kania did an excellent job by promptly coming to my senior neighbour's residence to take measurements for a potential chair lift and followed up with a quote the following week. Unfortunately my neighbour was unable to move back into her home after her broken hip surgery. Despite this, he kindly (and sincerely) offered to be of any assistance should I need it in the future which I would certainly do.

My mum purchased an electric wheelchair only used 10minutes of and I reached out to motion and was told they can not buy back but that I can donate it to them. I have heard from people that they do purchase back. Very very disappointed. Definitely not donating back to motion so they can resell as it is a brand new wheelchair. My mum has now passed.
