  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Amazing Experience! I came to Barrie for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary, and unfortunately, I was having a really difficult time finding a solution that would allow me to get around comfortably and actually enjoy everything we had planned. I called every place I could think of, and nothing seemed to work out. Then I spoke with Rayleen at Superior Rental, and I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Rayleen went above and beyond to help me. She didn’t just answer my questions and send me on my way — she genuinely listened to my situation and found a way to make it work. She even made arrangements for me to drop off my car when they weren’t even open so that I could have the mobility I needed for our weekend. That may seem like a small thing to some people, but to me, it meant everything. Without her help, I may have had to stay behind while my wife went out, or we may not have been able to do the things we had planned at all. Instead, thanks to Rayleen, we get to enjoy our anniversary weekend together. ❤️ People often remember when a company provides great service, but they remember even more when someone takes the time to show genuine compassion, understanding and kindness. Rayleen did exactly that. Rayleen, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You didn’t just help me with a rental — you helped make our anniversary weekend possible, and that is something I will never forget. And thank you to Superior Home a health Care for having someone like Rayleen representing your company. She is an absolute gem, and you should be incredibly proud to have her on your team. If you’re looking for a company that will actually go the extra mile for their customers, I cannot recommend Superior enough. Five stars honestly don’t feel like enough. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐❤️ Thank you, Rayleen, for helping turn what could have been a very disappointing weekend into a wonderful one. We are truly grateful! ❤️

  I was in your store last week with my husband and enjoyed having a wonderful conversation with a young dark haired lady, who was so informative on the items we were asking about and her compassion and understanding and all her patience she had to help me with getting my husband what he needed. He’s a very indecisive man and her patience and kindness with him and the way she made him laugh just warmed my heart. It’s not very often you find someone who’s so kind hearted like that, I left the store feeling humbled by her. Today I got the pleasure to speak with her on the phone and got her name this time. Stephanie remembered me and my indecisive husband and took the time to talk to me about toilet seat risers and toilet frames, and we had a lovely conversation, her phone etiquette was absolutely delightful and the time she took with me on the phone to help me find what my husband was looking for. I’ve called your store before and adore the ladies in the front everyone is so amazing and helpful. But Stephanie made an impression on my husband, he now tells me to call the dark haired lady at the store the nice one that makes him laugh. I’ve now found a place I can come to and know we will be looked after and have the best service. Thank you for everything.

  I was struggling with getting tue equipment needed time keep me mobile and independant. Home Care refusedto assist in getting me what was needed and refused to cooperate with me or my Drs. After almost 6 months of fighting I contacted Superior to go privately.family was willing to pay for the assessment it if meant getting me my life back. Nathan, as a vendor and not an assessors was amazing. He listened to my needs and we went over everything available to me. He them spoke with home care OTs to get me what I needed although they kept telling me it was not available or pretended they didnt even know what we were talking about. Although home care continued to attempt to delay or not fill forms correctly, he got it done. Even though he went on vacation during this time it took just over a month for me to get all my mobilty devices. A wheelchair, a motorized companion and a walker were delivered which changed my life dramatically. I can now function within my home and yard and actually leavey home and participate in life. My services dog is also extremely happy and is relentless with alerting me that she needs to go for a run. Walks are no longer fun now that mommy has a zoomie chair. She hates wearing her vest and collars under normal.circumstances but now brings me her leash or drops ot on the chair while nudging it with her nose.
