Diego and EMMANUEL were fantastic to work with. They were professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. The quality of their work and attention to detail really stood out. Highly recommend! Bryce the salesman was also excellent. I would highly recommend this company and this location.

Sham: March 18, 2025. Folks: I’m back to let you know that my follow-up visit experience with Motion (formerly Motion Specialties) 3110 14 Ave NE, Calgary was again as fruitful and satisfactory as the previous one. My power wheelchair part finally arrived from Toronto and as usual the courteous and patient Yvonne immediately got things rolling. She coordinated time and day with the same efficient technician of my choice Allan, who arrived at my preferred time before 10 am as he could only work on an unoccupied chair while I was still in bed. He was successfully done before my care worker arrived and transferred me to a well- functioning chair. Two major tasks – battery replacement and a cable replacement were flawlessly completed within 20 minutes, and upon leaving Allan insisted I call him directly if there was an issue. Fortunately, there were no issues! Almost a month has elapsed, but my wheelchair functions like new. Motion company along with every team member mentioned heretofore deserves 5 stars. Later, I found out from our brief email exchange that Rocky Thompson, the Manager, who oversees this organization is himself a strong believer in good customer care and always ready to listen to clients. So, remember the first step is to ask for the Service Coordinator, Yvonne Nguyen to get the ball rolling smoothly. I’m sure there could be other equally efficient staff performing the same duties but I have named only the ones I’m aware of. Posted on March 18, 2025.

Charisse, Holly and Allan helped me throughout the process of making my purchases and having them installed and delivered. Charisse is very knowledgeable in recommending products and assisting with government application processes, Holly walked me through the financing option available at Motion, and Allan is an expert technician with a great sense of humour! I've spoken with them several times and everyone is helpful, pleasant, and always follows up with me. I trust and have confidence in the Motion team and their expertise. I will be purchasing further medical aid items from them in the future. Addendum: Allan helps me understand the operation of the machine when we have a service call. He is so very helpful and knows our machine thoroughly. I can't say enough positive things about Allan!
