⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Motion Specialties has been absolutely outstanding. They’ve always been there for me when I need them most, and that level of reliability is something you don’t take for granted. I’ve been working with Duc for many years now, and he consistently goes above and beyond—finding solutions, making time, and even showing up after hours when it really matters. He’s not just an incredible technician, he’s a great friend. And to all the technicians who’ve supported me לאורך the years—thank you. What you do is invaluable and plays a huge role in my day-to-day life. To the entire team at Motion Specialties, thank you for your kindness, professionalism, and dedication. If you need anything wheelchair-related, don’t hesitate to reach out—they are truly amazing. Never give up.

I am very satisfied with the Symphony bed that I resently purchased. Being able to lower the entire bed allows me to get into bed with minimum effort and pain, with the bed in higher position allows me to get out of bed with ease. Handset sits comfortably into the palm of my hand and easy to navigate. Changing positions is very quiet and smooth. The mattress, though, that came with the bed was extremely hard, unable to sleep on it but was replaced, without any hassle with a much more comfortable mattress. Being able to raise the entire bed makes it so easy to change linen, marvelous. Bying this bed was money well spent. No regrets. I also want to thank Mark, accessibility consultany. He knew his products very well, was able to point out the pros and cons of similar products allowing me to make an informed decision and I never felt pressured to purchase. He took time to answer all of my questions and all this while being very pleasant and compassionate.

I have a muscular dystrophy and broke my ankle. I needed a mobility device quickly. This store answered my email right away and gave me the easiest, quickest most efficient service I've ever seen! I was stressing over losing mobility, but they made my experience so easy and friendly that all the stress went away! I started recommending it to colleagues and I will definitely consider going back there and see what more they might have to offer. This is more than just a business, this is a human to human business! Thank you for making my life so much easier, you have no idea how much this means to me!
