I had a very disappointing experience with National Home Healthcare. The owner/manager’s customer service was extremely unfriendly and made the interaction feel uncomfortable. I also found the pricing to be significantly higher compared to other options available. In one instance, when I attempted to return an item, I was not allowed to take back my return receipt, which was concerning and left me unsure about the process. I am not sure what is going on, but this type of situation needs to be looked into and investigated to ensure customers are being treated fairly and transparently. I hope the business takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service, transparency, and how customer concerns are handled. RACHEL, WE WISH YOU HAPPINESS IN LIFE.

I contacted National Home Health Care because my mother in law had a tumble. I wanted to see if I could make her life easier during her healing process. I tell you, I was never so impressed with the care and compassion I received dealing with Rachel. She listened to my concerns and said they could order in what I needed if they didn't have it on hand. What a refreshing experience.
