Silvercross has great customer service, we often refer residents from our retirement home, not only do they do home visits but they also will deliver what you need. They are quick to get back to you and always friendly when you call.

This company was fantastic from start to finish. They were quick to get us in for a walker repair and when we arrived for the appointment they were on time. Shannon was fabulous and friendly. They offered tips to help maintain the walker for the future. They did not even charge for the small part that needed to be replaced. Top notch service
