I recently visited National Seating and Mobility and had a frustrating experience. One older white lady in the front office was unpleasant to deal with and constantly made faces. Another staff member, an East Asian woman, who came from her cabin to help me struggled with English, used incorrect pronouns, and lacked basic communication and equipment knowledge, which made me uncomfortable. I was then directed to the sales employee in the front , who was busy with another client, but I was helped once they were available. There were no equipment specialists in the building, which made the experience even more difficult. I hope the company addresses these issues to improve customer interactions and support.

Brilliant services! Communication was great with Wesley and he was quick to reply and provide answers to my questions. Providing home service of the product we were buying was wonderful . My senior father appreciated very much. He loves his new walker purchase!Thanks

Katherine and Ravi at the Surrey store were the best. I called in a panic and described what was going on. Kathy was amazing over the phone providing me with options and when I arrived at the store Ravi helped to make sure all the equipment was in good order and maintained before letting me leave with it. My mother is happy with her knee scooter rental and I couldn’t be more stoked that she’s slightly mobile. All of this happened two days before Christmas.
