Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Victoria is an exceptional problem solver. I recommend that you call this store first if you require medical equipment for ongoing health care needs. The team there is caring!

First they said my spouse was rough on his equipment in front of me then said they didn't say that as if he has zero brain.. takes forever to get back his equipment when it broke the first time so he got angry so I decided cause he tells it like it is... to deal with them myself today there was a incident I DID NOT EVEN KNOW ABOUT so I called in after without even knowing about my spouse who wasn't home called in and again did not have the best interaction with the same desk lady who decided to yell at me ...he is out with again a broken wheelchair so I called my self to see status on what they were to order to get yelled at from a blatantly rude front desk lady.... They do not understand people are going to be impatient when their wheel chair he depends on daily is broken!! So completely heart less. The delivery guy was wonderful same as his wife... He explain what is broken and they prder completely different things.. THE LATEST ITS NOT THE TIE DOWN THAT IS BROKEN AT ALL Its a nut and bolt thats gone when you lift the arm rests ... I sent photos to show this too! Answer to their saying I verbally harassed them NOT ONCE HAVE I... my spouse maybe cause he is angry me never yet front desk lady YELLS AT ME FOR SOMETHING I HAD ZERO CLUE ABOUT.. WHEN HE TOLD YOU WHAT HE NEEDED there is no nuts and bolts at all on his chair was your response after he said he needs a new nut and bolt

Very caring and awesome to do business with. Earla Foreman is great at what she does. Many years of customer service it shows. Whatever your medical support needs for equipment and service I highly recommend Silver Cross Durham.
