Very disappointed. Service charges for repairs are charged for items that are still within the one year warranty. I paid a service charge for an item that was within the one year warranty and nobody could explain why I had to pay this fee. Then, when I tried to follow up to sort out repairs, the phone wasn't answered. I left voice mail messages which were not replied to. Because of the urgency of the repair, I had to find another vendor to organize repairs for a high ticket item I purchased from Durham Medical. I sent a message to the owner a week ago and still haven't received a reply. Not at all client focused. If you have a relative who requires medical equipment, I suggest looking at other vendors. I wish I had.

Excellent service from the Occupational Therapist Amelia in addressing and resolving the safety concerns concerning a scooter purchase. Her due diligence in ensuring the safety of the potential user was top-notch.

I purchased 2 pairs of compression stockings last year and tried on one pair, only to find out they measured me wrong and I was told that you cannot return them. First of all, when I put them on as directed by smoothing them up the legs, the crotch was at my knees. So, then I pulled and pulled (which you are not supposed to do, but I had no other choice) and the crotch is still about 4 inches too low and the waist hits below the belly button, which does nothing for blood pooling in the stomach. I am on disability and do not have the money to replace these. I would highly recommend NOT going here. *Edit: I went back and was measured again. Sure enough, they had measured me incorrectly. Their response, we can replace the one pair that you didn't open. Great, but what about the $200 spent on the other pair? I asked for the manager to call me because how am I supposed to know if the stockings fit, if I don't open them and try them on? Ironically, I was told by the girl who measured me, not to go somewhere else to buy them, as I wouldn't be measured correctly... Anyway, I am still waiting for a call from the manager from over a week ago.
