I suggested that the elevators in my building need more then just a patch job since they’re breaking down every week to a rep. The rep asked why, I said because they fail every week, his response? It’s likely the tenants. The focus should be on finding the root problem instead of finding someone else to blame. If you’re considering this company, understand this, recurring breakdowns seem to come with recurring bills. That pattern speaks for itself.

This hands down is the worst company. The elevator was down, it took over 5 hours for them to send a technician out to fix it. I am in a wheelchair, so stairs were not an option. Stranded not being able to get into my unit until midnight. I called twice, both times I was spoke to very rude and unprofessional. They should have their business license taken away, treating people with no respect should not be tolerated!!

Worst service around my elevator was out for a day called first thing in the morning guy didnt have an eta of serivcre still out and waiting people in my building in wheelchairs stuck at home on one of the e the hottest days of the year! Horrible service!!!!!!!
