Cutting staff hours to make more profit reducing care. How much is enough. CEO Nitin Jain,s salary was two and a half million dollars in 2024.

The elevators DO NOT ever work in these so called Retirement Homes. Not a safe and friendly environment for Seniors not a stressful chaotic one as i have witnessed. No one is taking responsibility for these old broken down elevators. Seniors yelling, pushing and causing chaos to get onto 1 working elevator. Pretty sad. These elevators need to be replaced !! There is so much more that is so wrong at this and other retirement homes. This is my mom's 2nd and it's worse than the 1st one she went into. The food is supposed to be a healthy diet. It's so repetitive i can't begin to explain. They shut down all the activities because there was an Influenza outbreak that was supposedly contained. So why punish all the other senior during Christmas. It was a dead zone during that period. So very sad. The only good thing is the Staff, they are very patient, kind and polite. I would give this place a "no star" rating if i could.

Regarding one of their homes in Brampton specificity Maple Grove. The neglect at this home in outrages. My father had scrapped his elbow, (8 days before the pics were taken) I was told from the doctor at the home the picture of my dads arm does not show an infection. Not sure what med school he came from but reports from 4 other Doctors state otherwise. I do feel sorry for the other seniors under the care of this home. After a fall that ended up being critical. I was told he was sent to hospital because of Pneumonia. The fall was 12 hrs prior to him going to emergency. I still really don't know why the wait. When most people know that when someone hits their head you are not to let the sleep but they did, and later he was on oxygen. Do you not think this was the time to send him to hospital ? I would think so. This long term care was told he had a history of falls. He was sent to the hospital prior to going to this home because of a fall. When you have the first meeting with this home (round table) they do not go by what you tell them. they do what they what so telling anything means nothing Another point they call to make a care conference with you every 6 weeks as per the home. I believe it would be beneficial for family members to know what is going on ever 3 weeks not 6. My call happened after my father past away, after being in there care for under a month. My care conference call was set up and confirmed and did not happen. I realize my father had past, but a call the day before to cancel it due to death would have been nice. They didn't even give us that. I can write a lot more more but you take a look at the pics. and tell me what you think, maybe you can take over the position. If i could warn you without given them a 1 star I would
