I will be keeping my rating of this company as a 1/5.Total BS client service. I've had billing issues with them ( unresolved) as well as being hung up on trying to pay for a service(even trying to pay before being invoiced). Management is all talk and no action.Totally insincere. In my opinion nothing has changed with this business and also they change their schedules with clients without first informing the client . The nurse and company are both at fault for this. Lacking in organization and leadership , avoid Acclaim Health if you value what's left of your mental and physical health . (May 19, 2026,) As a footnote, their offer of a "free" foot care appointment was a sham because the assigned nurse got the appointment slot mixed up and apparently left messages at different numbers that were not assigned to me.(they had/have my correct number on file. I am 😊 happy to report though that I have an alternative service that is wonderful! The communication is open and transparent .

I can’t say enough great things about their clinic in Milton and the incredible team who have supported me over the past year. From day one, Pawan, Harpreet and Ben have consistently gone above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful process feel smooth, comfortable, and genuinely positive. Each visit was handled with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. They took the time to ensure everything was done properly while also making me feel at ease. Their friendly attitudes and willingness to answer questions made a huge difference in my overall experience. It’s rare to find a team that combines technical skill with such genuine compassion, but this clinic in Milton has truly mastered both. I’m very grateful for the care I’ve received over the past year and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and compassionate service.

Acclaim provided 3 services a day to look after my dad in his home. The PSWS are caring, accountable and friendly. Easy to reach management. We used their services for around 3 years. I highly recommend Acclaim.
