I've lived here since 2024 and I strongly advise against this long-term care facility. The nursing staff is disrespectful, impatient, and rough with vulnerable residents. This happens day and night. There's a lot of neglect (not responding promptly to the call bell, not wanting to help residents change in order to be clean, feeding them too quickly, and of course, taking the easy way out, etc.). No one should have to go through this!

I'm told it's a CLSC (local community health center) but that I have to go through a small side door. There are no signs indicating what's inside; people who look intoxicated are lying in the parking lot or in the abandoned lot next door. I ring a bell and a receptionist helps me understand that it's not a CLSC but a CIUSSS (Integrated University Health and Social Services Centre) office. Anyway, a social worker gives me an appointment after a 350-day wait to help me with medical appointments and psychosocial support—fantastic. However, it's a bit shady because there's no indication that it's a legitimate or government-run business. I hope at least the wait (350 days) will be worth it. As I'm leaving, a bum throws his drink everywhere; definitely not a place I would normally visit alone.

Hi there. This comment has nothing to do with the services of the site. I believe you already know that you have a big problem with your ventilation instalment machines on your roof. It goes on off constantly. I have to start working in 30 minutes and I barely slept two hours last night. Please address the issue otherwise my next step will be to contact the City management. Hope you understand thank you.
