Hi I have been a resident of the Trafalgar neighborhood going on 4 years and I have been very content being here. The staff here is very professional and very caring they provide excellent care to all residents As a retired firefighter I find this building well maintained and the staff very knowledgeable in their duties during the numerous fire drills.

My Uncle Bruce is I'm LTC. It's a nice place. But you need to make sure you put name tags on your loved ones stuff you bring them. I bought my Uncle Bruce a nice comforter set and someone stole it I'm not happy about it. They won't pay back for it they say because I didn't get it labeled. I showed them a picture of it and apparently they still can't find it . So I'm thinking someone took it home. Disgusting How you can't leave a comforter for your love one with out it being taken. Other than that they take care of him. I've heard no complaints from him yet. But all in all the ladies there are so nice and they get a kick out of Uncle. Rachael is awrsome his worker and just all of them are really good to him also myself when I go to visit him. So Thank you for all rhat yous do and I Thank You very much.

My Grandma Melinda lived here for the past year or two. She loved every moment here, and was taken care of and cherished to her final days. The 24 hour care, the daily activities, community, nurses, doctors and especially staff, all the way to her farewell. They have all made a bright light to my Lola’s final chapter. We are so thankful for their kindness, and care for our precious Lola 🤍
