Finding a retirement place for a loved one can be overwhelming but Katie Hourigan and Susan Gallagher helped us navigate the process with professionalism and care before, during and even after our Mom moved on to Long Term Care. They were empathetic and so supportive as was Office Manager Kareem O’Brien, Maintenance Manager Heather, Dining Room Manager Lily as well as the Activity Co-or’s The food is delicious, the suites and common areas are clean inviting places to spend time and the residents enjoy a true sense of community. Many thanks to everyone both staff and residents who helped make our Mother’s stay at The Waterford such a positive, happy experience.

Mum is in the Memory Care Unit at Chartwell and she is doing so well! There are many daily activities to keep her occupied and happy. Many thanks to Susan and her team for making the transition easy for her and us. The regular communication and input is valued beyond measure. We know this is the best place for our beloved mum ♥️♥️
