My mom has dementia. Sadly my father passed away two weeks after my mom moved into trafalgar lodge. The staff there supported us through this difficult time and made sure my mom was well cared for and loved. We feel comfortable and confident leaving our mom in their care. The staff are genuinely caring, always friendly, helpful and positive. All the staff are available to answer questions, check on my mom and provide us with feedback. They go above and beyond by even helping my mom call us when she needs to hear our voices. So please know we appreciate all of you - Myla, Manpreet, Barb, Lawanna, Giannina, FE, Marilou and Pamela. Thanks as well for keeping my mom well feed and everything tidy! The new flooring looks great!

My Mom has lived at Trafalgar Lodge for almost 8 years and LOVES it there. After a recent stay in the hospital, the ENTIRE staff have done such a wonderful job, helping her to get back into the swing of things and have been SO supportive. A special 'Thank You' to Dr Gabriel, Pam, Rick, Manfred, Mila, Laura, Barb, Faye, Paige, Danielle, Giannina and Cheryl for all your support and encouragement! Susan Richard

I had arrived at Trafalgar Lodge scared and very nervous of the unknown . However, the moment I stepped in the building the first face I was greeted by was the receptionist, Danielle. A friendly smile eased my nerves. Going forward I have met many wonderful people, example Paige, in the sales office. A wonderful young lady with patients and lots of knowledge and helpful hints. Laura, knowledgable of great memory work and exercise. And while I’m at it all the staff members are very approachable and willing to help lend a helping hand. I appreciate The sense of community and how welcoming all the residents are. It’s truly a wonderful place for seniors and I do highly recommend it! Éva
