I was in need of a repair for my excelsior walker and couldn't have been more pleased with level of service I received from the 155 Rowntree Dairy Road, Woodbridge ON location. My e-mails were responded to quickly and the personal attention was second to none. You have a wonderful person in Julie Ann Horvath, she was very knowledgeable and first class in client service. I highly recommend AGTA Home Health Care

AGTA helped me out with a wheelchair and a few assistive devices for the home after my surgery and I couldn’t be any happier with the whole experience. Excellent customer service working mostly with Julie Ann. She took care of my needs from the moment I was coming home from the hospital and even arranged for a rush delivery so I had everything ready asap. Even all the staff that arrived at my place with the devices were all professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The wheelchair was so comfortable and easy to navigate with I almost wanted to keep it for another month lol. All the assistive devices we perfectly set up and did the job for me post-surgery. Thank-you for all your efforts in making it a smooth transition back to walking. Keep up the great work and I would recommend to friends and family.

When you are first ill, timing in accessing the necessary healthcare is essential. After striking out with other home health care providers (not providing quotes on time, bad communication etc.) Agta stepped up promptly and efficiently.
