  To the Alaga Care Team, There are no words that can truly express how grateful our family is for the love, compassion, and unwavering support you gave our mom throughout the years, right up to her final day. When we welcomed Alaga Care into our home, we expected professional caregivers. What we received was so much more. You became part of our family. Every caregiver treated our mom with kindness, patience, dignity, and respect, always seeing the wonderful person she was, even as Alzheimer’s slowly took so much away from her. Your team never did “just enough.” Time and time again, you went far beyond your responsibilities. You comforted our mom on difficult days, celebrated the small victories with us, offered encouragement when we felt overwhelmed, and cared for our entire family with genuine compassion. You didn’t just look after her needs—you cared for her heart, and ours as well. The final years of our mom’s life were incredibly difficult, but because of you, they were also filled with moments of comfort, warmth, and humanity. Knowing she was surrounded by people who truly cared gave us peace of mind that cannot be measured. We were able to be her children instead of feeling like we had to carry everything alone. Even on her final day, your compassion never wavered. The love and respect you showed her until her last breath is something we will carry with us forever. It is a gift our family will never forget. Thank you for every visit, every comforting word, every gentle touch, every smile, every act of kindness, and every moment you gave so selflessly. You helped make it possible for our mom to remain at home, surrounded by the people she loved, and to spend her final chapter with the dignity and comfort she deserved.   Working as a caregiver at Alaga Care Home Health Care Service in Montreal has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The company helped me build confidence, grow professionally, and become more independent in my role. Through this job, I was able to discover new places, meet wonderful people, and form meaningful connections with clients and colleagues. I also gained valuable hands-on experience caring for clients with different health conditions, including Alzheimer’s and other complex needs, which strengthened my skills and compassion as a caregiver. I am truly grateful for the support and opportunities Alaga Care has provided, and I highly recommend them as both an employer and care provider.💯
