Working as a caregiver at Alaga Care Home Health Care Service in Montreal has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The company helped me build confidence, grow professionally, and become more independent in my role. Through this job, I was able to discover new places, meet wonderful people, and form meaningful connections with clients and colleagues. I also gained valuable hands-on experience caring for clients with different health conditions, including Alzheimer’s and other complex needs, which strengthened my skills and compassion as a caregiver. I am truly grateful for the support and opportunities Alaga Care has provided, and I highly recommend them as both an employer and care provider.💯

Alaga Care came to the rescue in an emergency when we needed a nighttime caregiver to tend to my Mother at the Jewish General. With only a few hours notice, Pam was able to find someone. Roxanne was wonderful. She was timely, responsible and caring. This was our very first time hiring a night time caregiver. The process was smooth. We are so grateful to them! We will definitely be using their services again.
