I used the services of Beth Care for about a year to help care for my wife who suffers from dementia. Beth Cytryn was extremely helpful in the development of strategies to deal with care issues. Over the year she sent 3-4 different works to help out. They all arrived as scheduled, interacted with my wife thoughtfully and with dignity. In addition, they provided much help with household tasks. In summary, I can highly recommend Bethcare to anyone looking for help caring for a loved one suffering from dementia

I have worked with Bethcare for 3 years as a caregiver and I could say they are one of the best employers I've had. They just don't treat you like an employee but like a family. One time I asked them for help because my hometown was struck by a strong typhoon, and I was raising funds to help, Beth was so generous. She gave the highest amount of donation. I also had to go for my maternity leave and the team made sure that I am aware of my rights and my benefits, and took care of the paperwork efficiently. I felt valued and appreciated all the years I've worked. I also saw their dedication to their clients, going above and beyond, making sure their needs are well taken care of as well as their financial well being. My client was hospitalized once, she really didn't have a family close by anymore and I saw how they were worried, that we stayed so long in the ER. She advocated for her client well and spoke with the healthcare team while my client was admitted in the hospital. I only have good things to say and working with them for 3 years were some of my best memories. Thank you Beth and team.

My mom who lives with my sister was diagnosed with Dementia a few years ago. After the 1st year of handling the challenge alone, my sister was emotionally drained and we did not see how we would be able to keep my mom at home. We reached out to the CLSC, however they were unable to support. So a family friend (Dr Peter Lipes) recommended BethCare. From my 1st telephone conversation with Beth we experienced compassion, understanding and support. We agreed to start working together and it has dramatically changed the quality of life of both my sister & mom. We have now recommended BethCare to my sister-in-law’s family who are facing a similar challenge in the family. Please contact Beth and start a discussion you will not be disappointed.
