  Being part of a Professional Team where team work is exceptionally performed with employer’s support ensuring client quality service delivery is outstanding and satisfactory; THAT’s BETHCARE Service for you. Ensuring compassion, reliability,accommodative and 24Hr Care are essential with Quality Care Delivered. Every team I worked with carried these attributes and effectively delivering them to our valued clients as we care for them. Personally, working is quite stress free and detailed preparation and orientation process before embarking on any client are essentially provided by Beth to ensure maximum performance of care. Indeed, it has been an honour to work with such an amazing Care Service such as Beth Care Service.

  I cannot recommend BethCare highly enough. Beth and her team are highly skilled and extensively experienced, attentive to the details that matter, and responsive to changing needs. The caregivers are also kind, experienced, reliable and great to work with. We received extensive services from BethCare for several months and were very pleased with the experience. Despite a situation that was particularly complex, challenging and constantly changing, Beth and her staff were consistently available and responsive, expertly troubleshooting challenges, and compassionate and kind toward us. Truly, the level of professionalism was beyond what I expected. The quality of the service is a step above the standard, while also maintaining a fair price. I will definitely be returning to BethCare for future caregiving needs.

  I have worked with Bethcare for 3 years as a caregiver and I could say they are one of the best employers I've had. They just don't treat you like an employee but like a family. One time I asked them for help because my hometown was struck by a strong typhoon, and I was raising funds to help, Beth was so generous. She gave the highest amount of donation. I also had to go for my maternity leave and the team made sure that I am aware of my rights and my benefits, and took care of the paperwork efficiently. I felt valued and appreciated all the years I've worked. I also saw their dedication to their clients, going above and beyond, making sure their needs are well taken care of as well as their financial well being. My client was hospitalized once, she really didn't have a family close by anymore and I saw how they were worried, that we stayed so long in the ER. She advocated for her client well and spoke with the healthcare team while my client was admitted in the hospital. I only have good things to say and working with them for 3 years were some of my best memories. Thank you Beth and team.
