I contacted Alternative Home Care to inquire about their services and although I didn't end up needing their service; I felt like I can rely on them and that I can call them anytime when needed. I spoke to one of their representatives and she was knowledgeable and asked the right questions. I really like the fact they do an assessment and a Meet and Greet first to make sure everyone understands the process and services they are going to provide.

My sister, brother and I very much appreciate the care you and your team at Alternative Home Care provided my father in his last weeks. The round-the-clock 7x24 support provided by your team while Dad was in palliative care allowed him to spend his last weeks in the comfort of his apartment rather than a hospital or nursing facility. I know he appreciated this. Your team were professional, friendly, attentive and caring, always willing to put in extra effort to make Dad as comfortable as possible. This was apparent in the attitude of all your staff assigned to Dad's team. We also appreciated the flexibility shown by your team as we had to deal with last minute challenges to address 'gaps' in the support from other care providers assigned to Dad's case. Both you and your team were focused on Dad's health and comfort. As the 'eyes and ears' for us, you kept us advised on your perceptions and suggestions as Dad's health continued to decline. Alternative Home Care played a significant role in enabling Dad to enjoy his last weeks in the comfort of his home.
