Horrible, horrible experience. The aide who came over was brutally rough with my 82 year old, extremely fragile father who was in his last weeks, dying of stage 4 cancer. He was an incredibly stoic person, but winced and groaned in pain as she physically manhandled him. She was also extremely rude to my very elderly mother who was struggling hard to cope. If you have a loved one who needs care, by all means keep these people away from them.
