Visiting my father in this home i had a conversation and the PSW physically assaulted me i reported it to the police and the Psw admited she pushed me and the police said no grounds for assault i what i have seen in this place the staff are not very polite to the people also the food there. Is terrible i really feel sorry for the residents there if she can lash out like that on me i hate to imagine what she does to defenceless residents it is a absoulte disgrace and now i was told not to go there i have no reson to lie this is the truth i would not reccomend this place

My sister had to move due to closure of Pine Villa and the staff and admin made the transition very easy and pleasant for her and us. She is very happy with her level of care and especially the food! They have been exceptionally accommodating of her unique needs. Thank you.

I don't know why the negative comments from people. The facilities are modern and clean. The staff were very caring. Yes Covid rules were stringent, and the staff run off their feet, but I was very satisfied by the level of care and compassion. Thank you Arbour Creek and staff for looking after my dad so well.
