We are in the process of determining the next phase for my parents retirment. During this search, we came across Apsen Heights, and more specifically, were put in touch with Katherine, the Lifestyle Director at this facility. Without a doubt, the interactions we have had with katherine have been extremely helpful, respectful, professional, and without any pressure as my parents determine how best to proceed. 5 stars to the lifestyle director at Aspen Heights! The facilities are also amazing with a variety of activities and meal plans.

Aspen Heights retirement residence is more than a building. It is now my home after leaving Vancouver Island. I realized I have adapted to my new surroundings when I missed not being here after a short trip to the Island in April. Recently, I celebrated my 90th birthday. Katherine and Maureen made my celebration an event here at Aspen Heights. They worked diligently with the chef and the cook to make this the best birthday party ever. The elegant private dining room hosted my 40 guests, including 35 members of my immediate family. On another occasion, the faculty and the other residence sang-happy birthday to me at lunch. This is a caring, loving environment, and I am very happy to be a part of it. Thank you again, Helen Stoddard
