recently called this nursing home because I’m considering placing my mother there. From the very first conversation, the staff were incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, explained their services clearly, and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. It was a very reassuring experience, especially compared to other places I’ve contacted where the staff seemed less attentive. Their genuine care and willingness to provide detailed information made a big impression on me
