We used Baluchon Long-Term Respite twice. Florence, who cared for my mother during our respite, exceeded all our expectations. She is a warm and courteous person who anticipated my mother's needs before she even expressed them. My mother became very attached to her and considers her the best caregiver she has ever had. Thank you, Florence!
