I can’t say enough positive things about the staff at Chartwell Bankside. They provide love and care for my mother. My mom is happy and well taken care of. They provide me with such great peace of mind. I would highly recommend this retirement home to anyone.

My brother has been at Bankside for a couple of years now. The staff is very friendly and caring. All of the staff know the residents by name and are always willing to help out anyway they can. There are too many caring staff to mention them all by name.The place is always welcoming, bright and cheery. Lots of activities to keep the residents busy and the little cafe is always a place to visit and meet other residents. Keep up the good work!

My mother in law moved into Bankside about a year ago. The experience has been nothing short of perfect for her. The staff is wonderful, friendly and accommodating. There are plenty of activities to keep everyone busy each day should they choose. The building is tidy and clean as is her room with housekeeping each week. She enjoys it there very much with having lots of news friends and many more things to do and people to do it with than before. Bankside was a great decision for us.
