Was hired approximately 6 months ago. No work opportunities,bare minimum communication. Then sending me an email asking if I'd like to keep working with Bayshore? What work!!!!!!!!!

Useless company, absolutely incompetent. Mishandling information, failure to communicate dropped shifts, bad scheduling, constant promises to do better but never any actual doing better. We have some incredible nurses and it's too bad they're so mismanaged by this trash company. If you have a choice, go somewhere else.... We don't, so all I can do is warn others.

The phone operator I originally called was helpful and kind, however, they told me we could set some homecare services for my mother rather quickly. They gave me a consultation time, and the follow up co ordinater was quick to call back. I was told they would consult with their co ordinator and they would follow up with me, the day before the consultation. No one showed up the day of the consultation. No problem, I assumed they were quite busy. I phoned the secondary contact for Nanaimo ladysmith the following day and the woman I spoke to said they would follow up with their supervisor again, told me she was just pulling over and the consultation has been a miscommunication. It’s now been another week and a half and I believe they have ghosted me. No follow up or reasoning given. In the future it would be admirable to directly tell potential customers that you can not help them, rather than pretend you can help someone in crises and lead them to believe you will be able to help. Very unprofessional. Thank you
