It's not too bad of a place the people there are very nice people, some of them really don't care. There there basically for a paycheck. Things happen there that shouldn't happen especially at a long-term care facility like that. There are people there that are questionable when it comes to being nurses in the first place. Like a again in my earlier statement. I think they just need you to realize and reevaluate the people that are actually working there it could be a really good place. It has potential

Diksha's service is just terrible! If you can't handle the pressure of being a nurse, then don't do it! She always feels like everyone is criticizing her. It's crazy! I suggest firing her.

We are so grateful for the care our mom received at Baywoods Place Long-Term Care Home. The facility was always clean, safe, and welcoming. Mom's roommates were thoughtfully matched, which made a big difference in her comfort. The staff were patient, attentive, and truly cared for her well-being. A special kudos to the staff — notably PSW Lisa — for going above and beyond with their care and compassion. In her final days, they helped her pass with dignity and respect, for which we are forever thankful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a compassionate place for their loved ones.
