Diksha's service is just terrible! If you can't handle the pressure of being a nurse, then don't do it! She always feels like everyone is criticizing her. It's crazy! I suggest firing her.

We are so grateful for the care our mom received at Baywoods Place Long-Term Care Home. The facility was always clean, safe, and welcoming. Mom's roommates were thoughtfully matched, which made a big difference in her comfort. The staff were patient, attentive, and truly cared for her well-being. A special kudos to the staff — notably PSW Lisa — for going above and beyond with their care and compassion. In her final days, they helped her pass with dignity and respect, for which we are forever thankful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a compassionate place for their loved ones.

Rivera has no staff. My mom waited 30 mins. To get a diaper change. I then thanked the psw and she said nothing. Being rude as she was i asked her name and she denied to give me her name.i am taking this to the press as i. Update. My mother has been physically abused by one of the PSW, got a court case going on. Don't listen to Karen and her :Educational process" the PSWs lie.
