This is only my initial response after 1 visitation. The food looks great. The nurse to patient ratio looks good. But it's like walking through a hospital. Florecent lighting....Gestapo lights my mother used to call them, tile floors, light cream painted brick. I can see improvements by installing high quality carpeting, lower lighting on the sides of the walls, bolder colours for the doors. Help inject comfort and fun. The visitors will stay longer, too.

They took excellent care of our Mom and always made us feel welcome every time we visited her. Nothing was ever too big of a problem. Most everyone was very caring toward the residents.
