Last night I facilitated a meditation class. We learned about how important it is for the brain at any age. This was the second event I've had the privilege of facilitating here, (different first theme) but both were created with the intention of bringing more connection, relaxation, and quality of life to the residents. This time, I guided a gentle meditation and brought a small gift for each participant. It was a small group and so heartwarming to watch everyone relax, share their experiences, compare their gifts, and leave smiling. Hearing that they felt better afterward and wanted me to come back was incredibly meaningful. The staff genuinely care, and it shows. The space is beautiful, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. I love that they look beyond meeting basic needs and actively create opportunities that support emotional well-being, connection, and joy. It's an honour to contribute in a small way, and I look forward to sharing many more meaningful experiences with the residents.

All staff were very accommodating and friendly. Suites are well setup for seniors, bright and functional.

With the new ownership under Park Place, changes has been done for the better of the residents. Helpful and approachable staff and management. Made good friends within the community who turned into like a family. I personally liked the location as it is close to amenities and the fact that the building is new.
