Working with Serena she is detail oriented, clean, and professional. She truly cares about the residents specific needs. She is able to work various hours to accommodate the care plan desired, and will work with the families to provide the best quality service. She is trustworthy, and can be relied upon to treat your loved one as if it was her own family. Her drive to make life meaningful and healthy for the individual is her top priority. Her sincere encouragement and support is greatly appreciated.

The ladies that run this company are exceptional at what they do, when my grandfather needed someone to help him after getting home from the hospital. I didn’t know who to rely on when I wasn’t available to be there, so I set up an appointment with them and they exceeded my expectations. I can whole heartedly say they are reliable, kind, professional and if I ever have to use a home care service again this will be the one I choose. Thank you so much for being a caregiver to my grandpa but not only that, a wonderful companion for him while he was alone.

Having Calla Care involved in my great-grandmother’s care has been such a comfort to our family. The entire team is incredibly kind, compassionate, caring, and genuinely invested in the people they look after. You can truly see how much they care, and they go above and beyond to make sure she is comfortable, safe, and well looked after. Their communication has also been amazing, keeping us informed and reassured along the way. Knowing she has someone there who cares so much when I can’t always be there myself means more than I can say. I’m so grateful for the Calla Care team and everything they do. ❤️
