Care Partners PSWs come to my Father's home through Ontario Health At Home. Maybe the service would be different if we were paying ourselves. I'm giving 3 stars because his 2 regular PSWs are wonderful and have been since day one. If it weren't for them I'd be giving one star. Whenever his regular PSWs are off there are always scheduling issues. Whether it's the actual scheduler setting the time frame for 9 AM when it's supposed to be lunch visit, the scheduled PSW trying to change their time frame from lunch time to morning, no shows/no call - no return call from Care Partners to why no one showed up, PSWs ignoring all instruction (and there's plenty obvious notes around here to make things easier for them). Out of the 3 companies that come to help my Father, they are at the bottom of the scale when it's not one of the two regular ladies.
