PSW very seldom call you on on time and very seldom come to your home on time. When you call the office, it's very hard to get someone to answer you. You left message. They don't respond. I guess they don't have enough staff working in the office. Only a few of the PSW are good. They can send you more than 30 different people to your home in 3 months making you feel nervous. Sometimes you will think if they are really helping you or giving you headache.

Care Partners PSWs come to my Father's home through Ontario Health At Home. Maybe the service would be different if we were paying ourselves. I'm giving 3 stars because his 2 regular PSWs are wonderful and have been since day one. If it weren't for them I'd be giving one star. Whenever his regular PSWs are off there are always scheduling issues. Whether it's the actual scheduler setting the time frame for 9 AM when it's supposed to be lunch visit, the scheduled PSW trying to change their time frame from lunch time to morning, no shows/no call - no return call from Care Partners to why no one showed up, PSWs ignoring all instruction (and there's plenty obvious notes around here to make things easier for them). Out of the 3 companies that come to help my Father, they are at the bottom of the scale when it's not one of the two regular ladies.
