I have no issue with the PSW workers. They are great, professional, courteous ,caring and concerned. However the scheduling staff and supervisory staff leave much to be desired. I have a timed appointment schedule due to insulin requirements, medicines and compression socks every day. The problem arises when the scheduling staff reassign my regular worker and then do not notify me that I might not get a worker during that time. I end up calling (if I get through) and then I am left waiting to see if someone will come. Either the office staff is not trained properly or they do not follow acceptable protocol. This has happened to me twice on a Thursday since Christmas.
