Had an iron infusion done last week and it was a great experience. No issues scheduling or the day of. They called me the morning of to confirm. When I arrived, Nurse Melania brought me into a room right away. She was very efficient and friendly! I had a nice reclining chair and the infusion took just over an hour! Melania was very attentive and made sure everything went smoothly. I had no reactions and no discomfort at all! Thank you Care Partners :)

CarePartners is amazing. They are great nurses who provide excellent care and treatment to those in need. With locations all over Ontario, they provide a tremendously important service.

I visited this CarePartners location today to gather information about iron infusion services for myself, as I am severely iron deficient, and to learn more about care options that may be available for my elderly disabled mother who is struggling with COPD & diabetes. Before I had even fully exited my vehicle, a staff member approached me and immediately said, "You can't park here. It's for clients only." There was no greeting, no offer to assist me, and no attempt to understand why I was there. When I asked why she was assuming I wasn't a client, she laughed and replied, "You don't look the type" and "I know my clients." As someone who came seeking information about services for both myself and a vulnerable family member, I did not expect that to be my first interaction. If this is how you treat prospective clients--before they even walk through the door, at that--I don't have any confidence in the level of care I would expect to recieve as a patient/client. Needless to say, I will be looking for a different care provider.
