They treated my brother with neglect and disregard, demonstrating neither compassion nor basic respect. Were it not for the camera installed in our home, the abuse would have remained hidden and my brother would have continued to suffer in silence. This company failed in the most fundamental duty of care. No family should ever endure what we experienced, and no vulnerable patient should be placed at such risk. I cannot recommend Stay-at-Home Nursing Services to anyone who values the wellbeing of their loved ones. The treatment my brother received represents the worst standard of care we have ever encountered. For the sake of those you love, do not place them in the hands of this company.
