I had an appointment to view a suite there & the Resident Manager wasn’t there. The maintenance man showed me a suite. Trying to get ahold of this Resident Manager is Impossible!! I fell in love with this place for my mother and very interested in moving my mother into Carriage House! I just wish the R.M was more responsible and around more often, rather than half days and not show up the view a suite.

I have been living here for 2 years and it is a quiet building, very friendly people that reside here.wonderful neighborhood. I would highly recommend it , the suites are very nice , parking and building activities. Caretaker is great as well . I moved here after being a caretaker for 25 years downtown, and it has been a great experience.

People very pleasant, dinners awesome, bingo so fun, indoor curling, puzzling, cards, bowling on screen. Great place to live.
