My mom moved to Cedarcroft one month ago after the death of dad in October. Stacy, the director was so attentive while Dad was in hospital in Kitchener, making plans to house both of them upon discharge. She assisted in the discharge process by attending the family discharge meeting which secured Dad's going home, not going down the usual long-term care route. Mom was moved in quickly after Dad's unexpected death due to her alzheimers. She's got a great room! The residents are happy, the staff are helpful and joyful. I am super pleased at the care, comfort and level of gentle attention that is paid to the residents. 7 months in......Absolutely the best place for Mom! The staff are loving, gentle and caring. The residents are respected and cared for based in their individual needs. Don't hesitate to include Cedarcroft in your care plan for elderly or disabled loved-ones!

My mother had recently passed away, but her time at Cedercroft place was honestly great, whenever I called to check up on her, they would tell me, this really helped me gain trust, since her last residence wasn't the best, the nursing staff took great care of my mom, and, after she passed, they helped me move her stuff out, and showed sympathy for me, I really appreciated it during that hard time in my life, bravo ❤️

My grandma has been at Cedercroft place for quite a while now, she has grown to love it! I visit every so often and she is always so happy, the rooms are amazing! I love how Rodgers is ready to install in the building, the management is also wonderful, reception staff and nursing help a lot! The room is always spotless whenever I visit! Its amazing! I also have loved how the meals are and how there are different meals every week! My grandma loves her spaghetti Saturdays! I myself (and my grandma) have had a very happy experience at Cedercroft! Thank you Cedercroft staff!
