Dinner tonight was fantastic - Tomato Spinach Soup, I did not have the salad, Trout Fillet with herb Butter and Lemon, Rice, Sautéed Spinach, Beets. Desert was Peach Cobbler =Delicious. I told our server after each part of the meal to please pass on the compliments to the Chef.

I attended the Spring tasting event at Chartwell Balmoral on May 6 this year, and really enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the chef was there in person to speak to the guests. I found that the other guests, some of whom were not living in the residence but had memberships for the social activities, were friendly as well. The food was great as promised. Cynthia

The food preparation and presentation were spectacular. The service was excellent. I highly recommend checking out the dining room at Balmoral at 8 Harbour Street, Collingwood. Complements to the chef and staff who helped us enjoy this event.
