We would just like to say thank you to each and every one of you who gave outstanding care to our loved one. After about 6 months, we really felt like we were at home. A bit of getting used to, but of course, we loved it. The nursing care is like none other attentive, caring, compassionate, and we always had such a family feel. Wenddy always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Lorraine, is amazing no matter how busy she was. She would always take a minute to talk. Activation, always had these folks on the move. We miss pretty river, but we have moved to long-term care now. So if you are thinking i'm putting your loved one here, go have a tour.You will love it. If you are thinking on taking your loved one to a home in the area, please consider pretty river retirement residence.

Met up in at this place to conduct a marketplace sale of an electric e-bike (this address was given to me by the buyer). Once we met up, the buyer was having some issues with his bank and had to call them, so the exchange took a lot longer then anticipated. When we were just about done with our transaction (about 45 min) and were about to leave, this woman and younger gentleman, employees, came out and were extremely rude asking us to leave the property. I calmly told her that we were just completing a marketplace sale and it took longer than expected, she snapped back saying it was private property and told us to leave or she’d call the police. There was ZERO reason to be rude, we weren’t causing any problems or blocking anyone or causing anyone distress. I can tell you, my elderly parents wouldn’t be staying anywhere near this place with a power tripping employee like that. Judging by the other reviews, this isn’t her first time either.

Avoid this place at all costs! Wendy is the most unprofessional nurse I’ve ever met. My family had used this facility in the past and the nurse there is completely unprofessional
