Just sold to Chartwell for $136 million , not a good sign.

Real politicians, lots of promises, but few results. We've been waiting for the phone (included in the price) for three days now. We have to guess everything: where our locker is in the basement, where the bike storage is, how the front door works (when it works at all). We've also been waiting two months to be able to go out onto the balcony. A retirement home designed for young people!
