To the staff and leadership at Royal Park. Your commitment... kindness and care for our mother over her 5 years with you and the team were spectacular. We cannot say enough about the attention she received when times got tough. Thank you for doing the extra mile that shows the compassion and excellence. Thus is what extended assisted living is supposed to be like!!!! In her earlier years she would rave about meals, companionship and staff popping in to say good evening. Thank you All for attention and care.

Our Mom has been a tenant at Chartwell Royal Park (independent living) for nearly a year and half. Our experience has been so good that when the time came for her to upgrade to an assisted living facility, we were determined to stick with the Chartwell family. Yanni, Kim and staff were great to deal with. They were very accommodating in the early days of the relationship and this built up a lot of trust. Mom formally moved in the day after we lost our Dad and the team at Royal Park stepped up and assisted our family, including agreeing to host a post-funeral reception. All of a sudden, her new suite and the broader facility felt like home. The building, unit and amenities are high grade and well maintained. The location is great with close access to Crowchild, Glenmore and Stoney Trail as well as 33rd Ave. SW. Mom loves her suite and is sad to move on. I recommend Royal Park to anyone who is considering it. Thanks Kim and team.

The staff are wonderful. Truly care for residents and go out of their way to support them. The resident suite my mom lives in was recently renovated and was just beautiful. The facility is cozy and easy to get around. Lovely grounds with park and walking trails near by. Just an excellent place to live.
