My mother in law has been at the residence for a month and a half now and she loves it! She feels safe and loves being around people. Staff is absolutely wonderful with her. She now refers to Chateau Dollard as her new Home.

My mom moved in at the end of March this year. Whatever you ask to be taken care of it's done right away. No procrastination. To me this is very important. She fell once, she pressed her Lifeline button, the reception was advised. They came upstairs and picked her up and they kept an eye on her during the day, by taking her blood pressure etc. I felt at ease and for the first time I didn't even come and check on her. All was taken care for me. Last year while she was living at her condo I brought her 6 times to the emergency via ambulance, 3 of the times was a week stay. She got a pacemaker put in as well and complications with medication posologies. She decided she couldn't be home alone and I couldn't continue worrying and doing everythingelse. My husband and I visited a few places. This was the right place for her as well as the size of her residence room. The staff is like family. Keep up the good work. Smaller institutions I find are more in control.

Grateful to have this residence for my Mom. She especially likes the food, always appetizing and nicely presented with several choices at each meal, and other small, kind, care-filled, touches by the staff.
