Chateau Royal is a top tier assisted living establishment. Maria and her team get top marks regarding the personal care of our loved ones. You don't often get a chief residence manager that would share her personal fruit bowl with a resident in order to keep them calm. This type of attention was remarked from all personnel looking after my father. Kudos and thank you to the team at Chateau Royal.

This residence and their staff unfortunately lacks empathy and are easily misguided. This was evident in the way my grandmother was treated when she was there.
