The staff are friendly but poorly managed. Due to the inadequate number of staff members my mother was left unattended on a daily basis for hours at a time rolling around on her own in a wheel chair. This led to her eventually falling and breaking her hip. The worst part is the doctor then deciding to put her in hospice care, leading to her death. It's a nightmare facility run by completely disconnected management personnel that won't intervene nor make the changes needed. They don't care or listen to concerns brought up by the family. It's a ticking time bomb. If you care for your loved ones, and they need a higher level of attention, you should find another facility as quickly as possible. This CHSLD should be investigated by the province.

5th floor staff exceptional these past two years. Despite the tough times with a few difficult residents, they do their best to provide the best care possible to all. Shout out to Franzel, Sylvie, Sophie (no longer on the 5th), Jessica (dispensing nurse no longer at this facility) and all the members of the evening shift. Additional mentions are Josee (day shift), Alain & Joanna (recreation). To the other shifts and staff whom I have not met or learnedyour names, thanks for taking care of our cherished residents.

Very poor organization and long wait times. Despite arriving well in advance for my appointment, I waited over Two hours while another patient who arrived later and had a later appointment was seen almost immediately. (9 minutes later) No explanation was provided to me, and there was a clear lack of respect for patients’ time. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
