The move was very positive for my Mom. We weren't aware of this wonderful home until mom needed urgent placement. We quickly realized how lucky we were as the staff has been so wonderful and kind. Plus it's a beautiful home and location

We had a very welcoming experience the minute we walked through the front doors at Clayton Heights. Paige, the client services coordinator, is very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. She assisted with many of the first steps which made the move a pleasant experience. We met many of the staff in the first week including social worker Teena, Eva from OT and nurse Lady. All of the staff are friendly and accommodating and always greet me when I visit. I am pleased to see that Roy is relaxing into his new environment and joining in with other clients in the common areas. So far, it seems to be a good fit.

A beautiful facility - warm, welcoming and immaculately maintained. Much more importantly, the staff have all been wonderful with our Dad. Staff are kind, calm and always quick to offer assistance. It’s been less than 2 months, but our Dad seems settled and “at home”. His response when family leaves is always the same - “you don’t need to rush back!” - and that says it all… it tells us he feels comfortable, safe and cared for. Seeing the care he receives has brought a great deal of peace to the whole family. A huge Thank You to all the amazing staff at Clayton Heights!
