I hired comfort Keepers in confidence, so i thought! not at all! since when are nurses aid ALLOWED TO FALL ASLEEP ON THE JOB???? MY VULNERABLE SENIOR FATHER JUST CAME HOME FROM HOSPITAL AND THEY WERE SOOOO NICE IT WAS FAKE JUST TO GET OUR MONEY..AFTER THEY CHARGED OUR CARD THEY COULD NOT CARE LESS. I ESCALATED HARPEEET THAT SHE ON PURPOSE CHOOSE TO US MY PARENTS COUCH AS A BED WHEN SHE SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKING ON MY FATHER.. THE CASE WORKER SENT ME A VERY RUDE EMAIL NO APOLOGY OR EVEN ADMITTING THAT SHE WENT TO SLEEP JUST A VERY DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND DON'T HIRE THEM! THERE ARE SOOO MANY OTHER COMPANIES IN WINNIPEG!

Staff is warm and caring. Best company to have come in to look after my dear mother. Can't imagine how I would have made it through the last few months without them.
