  Good Afternoon, Our family recently had an emergency to deal with and I contacted Comfort Keepers, I spoke to Leigh Hutchinson who put a plan into action very quickly. This was done VERY professionally, which seems to be very rare these days. We were put in contact with Josephine Downey, this PSW was such a comfort to my mother. Very caring and gentle. My mother took to her the very minute Josephine walked in. My mother is 92 with dementia. Josephine was very understanding and was able to get my mother doing things that I could not. We have since had to transfer my mother to an assisted facility for additional care. If you are looking for a loved one, in need of care, I highly recommend Comfort Keepers, one of the best decisions you will ever make. Happy Holidays!

  First of all, Comfort Keepers have been a lifesaver for our family. They are thoroughly professional, responsible dedicated and reliable, fully deserving of being entrusted with the care of a loved one, even in the most difficult circumstances. They sprang into action to arrange the 24/7 PSW care we needed, on almost literally a moment’s notice, so that my mother could go back to her apartment to recover from a stroke. Second, although all of the caregivers have been excellent, Nicki Forkpa has been especially wonderful. She immediately won my mother’s trust, a hard thing to do. She goes out of her way at every opportunity to look for ways to contribute to my mother’s care and comfort, like grabbing cleaning supplies instead of sitting down to rest for a well-earned break. Ayo Ojo has also been wonderful, taking care of my mother as if she were part of her own family. And Yola Williams also deserves special mention for her care and kindness.

  Comfort Keepers was amazing to deal with. They are caring, patient and took the stress of senior care of my family's shoulders. Highly recommend!
