Absolutely terrible. I received an appointment reminder and then..no show. I called and they could not find a record of the appointment. I gave name, time of appointment and their own reference number. They had no record. At least wheelchair taxis can be trusted.

I used to recommend the transportation service to everyone who needs a ride and didn't have a family member or friend to take them. After trying to use it myself it is absolutely NOT reliable. I had an appointment January 29th, 2025. I filled out a self referral on December 6th, 2024, spoke to someone and provided them full information of everything they needed December 6th. Spoke to them by both phone and also emails were sent back and forth. They were given more than a month time for my appointment. Closer to my appointment, I reach out to them to confirm everything is good to go. Their response was "we're actively looking for a volunteer driver for you" then a few days before the appointment someone calls me and says "I'm sorry, we didn't even have you on the schedule, no one is available to help you, sorry" then the person made it out to sound like there was absolutely no information from over a month ago when I self-referred. That I never made the self-referral Had to cancel the appointment and wait several months to get a new one...thanks for that
