Visited my grandma for the first time today as shes new here and I have to say the staff are all really sweet and amazing. They were so open, helpful and informative with us and so welcoming and helpful with my kids as guests to our grandma/great grandma. It feels like a really nice place. Also the grounds are really pretty and well kept. Makes me happy that she's here and being taken care of by nice people. Thank you for all that you do for our elders.

Some staff are not the right ppl for this type of job and specially in this centre , some one must do something!! Take care of elder ppl , do the right care !!! Worst centre I have ever seen so far !!

The staff members are so experienced and kind also there is nothing invisible, you can visit your loved ones anytime. All the medication and procedures were consulted with the caregiver before they proceeded. The food they are taken carefully with specific instructions.
