My mother-in-law was admitted into this "1st class Dementia care facility", this past fall (2023). The Professional Staff (Eden Gardens "Management" team, Facility Doctor's, Nurse's Therapists, Care Worker's , facility Chefs/Cooks, Cleaners , Activity Planners and Volunteers, et al), from "Day 1" , all have been "amazing".... regarding her professional care! Thank you " so much", for all your help....and obvious ....."loving" care! The best...

My mother was in “prison” at EG in 2019. She was starved, neglected and abused. There was a violent resident and EG did nothing to protect other residents. Mom went in walking & talking and a short 14 months later left in a wheelchair and barely knowing us. Yes, she has dementia! But they couldn’t keep staff and when I asked tough questions I was deemed a”problem family”’. Please do not put your loved in this place. It looks wonderful and is a beautiful institution. Erin should have been fired years ago! The board of directors is also suspect of proper accountability! Avoid at all costs!

Eden Gardens is absolutely an amazing at helping Elders with dementia. Their team is full of caring individuals who are so kind and compassionate. They have always been 100% transparent if and when anything happens and we are always fully informed. Even when we call or visit, they are so incredibly sweet to us, day and night. We are blessed and grateful to have our dad in such caring hands with Eden Gardens. They also have wonderful events for our loved ones: live music, singing, car shows, games, zoom calls, day programs and crafts. Everyone who works there is AMAZING, but special thanks to Marnie, Terry Lynn, Sandy and Nico for all you do!
